AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items already in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available in the warehouse.
Payment is processed at the time of the order, even though the items are shipped later in the season.
The prices shown on the website do not include international taxes or customs duties. Any additional charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and may be requested by local authorities upon delivery. All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if you choose not to accept the order after it has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from France. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status.
Please note that any changes to the delivery instructions—such as altering the address or requesting that the package be left unattended—mean that you accept responsibility in the event of non-delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payments such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for items in good condition within 14 days of receiving the order. To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the item must be unused and retain its original appearance.
Important Notes:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
- We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future Road N’ Dust purchases.
- Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Road N’Dust in case of returns.
- When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
To keep your hat in perfect condition:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove dust or surface dirt.
- Storage: Store the hat in a dry, cool place, preferably on a stand that maintains its shape.
- Material Treatment: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading. If necessary, use products specifically designed.
