AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items already in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date.
During sales or promotional periods, shipping may take longer.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available in the warehouse.
Payment is processed at the time of the order, even though the items are shipped later in the season.
Prices do not cover international taxes or customs fees, so additional costs may apply based on the regulations of the destination country. All orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid, meaning local customs may impose taxes or duties upon delivery. Online prices are listed without including these extra charges.
Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if you decline the order after it has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from France. Shipping fees depend on the destination and the selected delivery method, with delivery times varying based on these factors. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track its progress.
Please be aware that if you modify delivery instructions, such as changing the address or requesting the package be left unattended with the courier, you assume responsibility in the event of non-delivery.
We accept payment with all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discovery, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for items in good condition within 14 days of receiving the order. To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the item must be unused and retain its original appearance.
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide photos of the product taken from all angles or a video to verify its condition. The item must be packaged in a durable, hard shipping box.
Important Notes:
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the quality of the item does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items damaged during delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds will be issued to your account within 14 business days after the returned item is accepted. Please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
To keep your hat in perfect condition:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove dust or surface dirt.
- Storage: Store the hat in a dry, cool place, preferably on a stand that maintains its shape.
- Material Treatment: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading. If necessary, use products specifically designed.
